The Day of your Appointment
On the day of your appointment, please ensure that:
- The horse(s) being fitted are sound and able to be ridden.
- The rider needs to be prepared to ride.
An average appointment takes approximately 2 hours. This includes tracings, photos, saddle fit evaluation (for currently owned saddles) or test riding saddles for purchase.
In order to maximize your time slot, horse(s) should be in the barn, groomed and ready to be tacked up 10 to 15 minutes prior to the time of the appointment. Due to the time it takes for an appointment, “walk-ups” may not be accepted.
Cancellations should be made NO LATER than 48 hours before the appointment.
It is recommend (but not required) that your trainer be present for additional input when trying new saddles.
Currently, appointments are available on Saturdays or Sundays only. Additional days/times may be booked depending on situations.

Stable Fee
A stable fee is a single fee that based on services and mileage. This fee is non-refundable and it applies to the fitting services for one horse and one person (rider) during the approximate 2-hour appointment time. Each additional horse with the same rider is an additional $50 per horse. See chart below for stable fees:

What's Included with the Stable Fee
- Evaluation of your current saddle (if not purchasing a new saddle)
- Wither and back tracings
- Photos taken of your horse
- Discussion of your horse’s back and possible related saddle issues
- Test riding new or used saddles
Additional Fees not Included with Stable Fee
- On-site flocking
- Saddle adjustments (including tree alterations).
- Repairs.
